The 21st Alta Conference on Argumentation was held August 1-4, 2019, at the Snowbird complex in Alta, Utah. Cosponsored by the National Communication Association, the American Forensic Association and the University of Utah, the Conference brings together scholars interested in all aspects of argumentation. Papers selected from the conference program are being edited and will be published by Taylor and Francis. Dale Hample was the Director of the 2019 Conference and editor of the edited volume.
